step into their celebration
I vividly remember Luke’s initial email coming in & being intrigued that it was the groom verses the bride (because typically it’s the bride).. But as we chit chatted, and discussed the details of their wedding day the more I loved just how hands on Luke was. In those first few emails he explained just how important photography was to them.. & from that moment I knew we’d get along.. & we did.
Fast forward to their engagement session. We spent the evening in a beautiful Madison park soaking up the fall sunshine and discussing details.. In that short amount of time frame I quickly adored Samantha and her personality. She’s light, funny, and personable.
The morning of their wedding, Luke and I talked about how crazy it had been that it had been almost a year since their engagement session.. Time goes so unbelievably fast.. But seeing these two on their wedding day felt like visiting old friends. From the leafy green florals (by an OH so talented friend), to the classic backdrop.. It truly was the perfect day. Watching Samantha & Luke become husband and wife was intimately beautiful.
Congratulations you two!! Can’t believe the day has been here and past!! <3
