I’ve been looking forward to this wedding since their winter engagement session. We trudged through the snow, soaked by the golden light, & talked about their plans for their big day. I also have an extra sweet spot for couples who brace the Wisconsin winters. It only makes sense that their wedding day would have that same sun-soaked kind of day.

Ashley & Steve go together like bread and butter (oh, man, we’re pulling out the big corn cards). In the sense that when you look at them you can just see that they belong together. These two just seem to “match” which according to an article that I’m currently reading, there are a few reasons why you end up marrying someone that resembles you. We’re going to touch base on my favorite one, “the happier you are, the more alike you’ll look” – How romantic is that?! These two are just made to be the half that makes the whole.

Set inside of one of the most beautiful churches I’ve worked in, Ashley & Steve giggled and whispered their ways to I do’s. Stealing looks at each other & having moments together during their ceremony. It was so unbelievably touching to witness their union.

A HUGE congratulations to these two! I’ve said this 18 times so far this season but I don’t even care.. SO excited to share their wedding with you all! XO
