Scott & Courtney | An Iconic and Classic Downtown Madison Wedding

As I was trying to think of the words to say about Courtney & Scott’s wedding day. I reflected back on their engagement session. Reading over the words that I had written then still ring so unbelievably true. So true that I wanted to share them for you again today,

I’ve been looking forward to sharing this session before it was even in the calendar. You can always tell a brides excitement through emails. I’ve never been shy with my use of exclamation marks and weirdly placed ‘YAY’s’ so it didn’t take me long to LOVE Courtney. I could sense from the get go that we would get along perfectly and boy was I right. Her vivaciousness follows through from her emails to her in person excitement.. & you know what? Scott’s personality matches Courtney’s perfectly.

Getting to celebrate Courtney & Scott’s wedding day was so much more then just these two. It was the location, their bridal party (THE BEST), the florals, the weather, their families.. I think you likely get what I’m getting at. EVERYTHING that surrounds these two is just pure joy, love, excitement, and comforting. These two feel like home.

I’m SO sad it’s over. Who wants to whip up a time traveling machine? Because I’d 110% would go back and time and do this wedding.. Over and over and over again!
