I seriously ADORE engagement sessions. They’re the perfect time to wander around a pretty location, take some beautiful portraits, and truly get to hang out & know one another. My time with Kaitlin & Jeff was absolutely no exception. As i was prepping for their engagement session I realized something quite large.. While these two are a 2020 couple, they’re a January 2020 couple so that means I get to see them again SO dang soon. Originally they were supposed to get married in Punta Cana but decided to celebrate their love & marriage back here in Wisconsin with a winter back drop. I could not be more excited about these two and their day.

We wandered McCarthy Conservation Park in Cottage grove & I have to say, definitely adding this location to the list of places to shoot again. It’s got evergreens, tall grass, a rolling hill, & everything I love about a location AND it’s close to Madison. Meet Kaitlin & Jeff. I think you’re going to love them!
