Molly and Edward met at UW-Madison so having a lake front engagement session made perfect sense. If you haven’t been to Madison, downtown is made up of an isthmus surrounded by two beautiful lakes. It makes the culture downtown so unbelievably special and their evening was no different.

The weather was absolutely incredible for their lake front engagement. Warm temps, a gentle breeze, low humidity. It was truly one of those special spring days in the Midwest. We started our time together in front of the Wisconsin Historical Society where I got to learn more about Molly & Edward. From there we wandered down to the waters edge and shot some of my favorite portraits ever. Their outfits combined with the lighting and water was truly incredible.

I can not wait for their wedding this coming September. These two will truly make one radiant bride & groom!
