He mentioned that Jennifer should meet one of his good friends. The best man, Dustin, was Jennifer’s manager at Lonestar and assured her that his friend would be the perfect fit. Jennifer promptly turned down Dustin’s suggestion and brushed it off as a no-go. With more persistence, Dustin convinced Jennifer to a double date with this mystery man.. When Marc flew in from Detroit his first stop was Lonestar to see his buddy. Jennifer happened to be closing the bar and from the second she saw his baseball cap and dark curls peaking out she was hooked. 

Marc left for home never to see or talk to Jennifer again but these two kept talking and before Jennifer knew it she was going to visit this basically stranger in Detroit…

“True love is friendship on fire”, said Amanda during her Maid of Honor speech. The quote sang loud and true for these two. Their love was bright on their semi-dreary winery wedding & it was beautiful.
