step into their celebration
I’ll be honest, I feel like I’ve connected with every single one of my clients over the last 8 (WHAT) years. Whether it’s a just a general connection or one over life experiences, work, hobbies, music, food, or anything else that you can think of. However, there are these exceptions.. These magical couples that I instantly feel like are best friends. The kind where you just click from the get go. The kind that feels like you’ve known them for decades. That is Olivia and Dustin for me! I’ve been looking forward to their engagement session. Scratch that, their wedding since they first initially booked. Within our emails I just had a feeling about these two & I definitely wasn’t wrong. It was following our session the next day that I was truly blown away by these two. Olivia sent me one of the most heartwarming and wonderful messages I have ever received. It went a little like this…
Okay, I just wanted, no needed you to know.
I was so nervous about our session with you. I had no idea if I had the right outfit, I was nervous about whether it was going to be snowy or warm or everything enough. Then spending that hour with you was the most uplifting, much needed hour of my day. You were so encouraging and enthusiastic, we literally couldn’t have even tried to not have fun. We left feeling so excited about all the steps to come. Literally as soon as we got in the car, I called Tess to thank her for recommending you. Then on top of all that, to get your pictures last night, and your insta post, I teared up. The pictures are so beautiful. It makes me so so so excited to see what else you’ve got and excited for all the amazing things you are going to do with our wedding.
So thank you for making both Dustin and I feel like we can totally do this AND that we picked the right person to come along side of us for this process.
I don’t know about you, but my year may have been made from that single text alone. Anyway, I could keep blabbering on but honestly, I just want you to SEE their love. It’s pretty great.
Fun Fact: I also decided my 2020 goal was to push myself on my horizontal shots. I definitely love a good vertical but am pretty dang proud of the horizontals in this post.
