step into their celebration
Tina mentioned she wanted to do their engagement session on the family farm. If you’ve been around here for any length of time, you likely know that shooting on private property is one of my favorite things about my job. Getting to explore a new slice of Wisconsin but that private property usually has sentimental value. In Tina & Andy’s case, this piece of land is not only where their wedding ceremony will be but where her parents live AND where they will build their future home. So it was honestly a no brainer to have their portraits done here.
We were initially supposed to have their engagement session the week prior but honestly, our time together was absolute perfection. The colors were vibrant, the temperature was cool, and the clouds were the perfect thinness to make the light magical. While it was windy, Tina opted to wear her hair up so that made our time together so easy! Seriously wanted to hug her when I saw that!
These two are easy to be around & easy to talk to. We wandered the 200 acre property. Shooting near the barn that their horses live in, down by the ceremony location, and where Andy proposed it was an afternoon I will not forget. Can not WAIT to celebrate with these two!
