I started my drive to Milwaukee, Wisconsin for Mary & Jordan’s engagement session last Saturday. The weather was showing overcast skies and mild temperatures (for Wisconsin anyway). Working downtown Milwaukee is one of my favorite spots. The character filled streets make for the most picturesque spots.
Mary & Jordan are getting married at The Pritzlaff next September and to say I’m excited is an absolute understatement. Their venue has been on my “dream list” for years now and I am so unbelievably excited to be celebrating with them.
We wandered Milwaukee, Wisconsin by starting at the Eerie Street Plaza. With access to the boardwalk, this is where Mary & Jordan walk their 8 month old dog, Ryder. It was the perfect spot for the beginning of our time together. While the weather wasn’t the absolute best it could have been, it was still enjoyable enough to talk about planning, how they met, what their hobbies are, and what life looks like for them.
After wrapping up our time at the boardwalk, we headed to Broadway Street. In this area you get the iconic aqua street lamps, brick buildings, and quaint city feels that Milwaukee has to offer. From our spot, you could easily see The Pritzlaff from across the river. It was the absolute perfect location to end our time together.
I am so excited to be sharing a highlight of my favorite images. I truly can not wait for their big day!
