It was my first time working at the beautiful Ravinia Green Country Club and upon my arrival, I knew it was going to be beautiful. Set back off the busy streets of Riverwoods, Illinois this country club is a little slice of picturesque heaven. I think when people plan for an early October day, they hope for a warm sun & a crisp feeling to the air. Thalia and Jason were so unbelievably lucky and had exactly that.

One of my favorite things about this wedding season is couples seem to be truly leaning into what they want on a wedding day. Thalia and Jason are not dancers so instead of a dance floor at their reception, they traded it for interactive trivia. While I have never seen this done at a wedding, it was so fun getting the chance to see the participation from their friends and family. With a handful of different games and prizes, it was definitely the kind of night no one will forget.

The Ravinia Green Country Club is a stunning venue. With a large patio out back to be enjoyed during cocktail hour to a ballroom that feels elegant, it was a stunning day from start to finish. I am unbelievably excited to be sharing their day with you all! Congratulations to Thalia and Jason on their marriage. May your life be as beautiful as your wedding day!
