The Wedding Experience
I wholeheartedly love getting to celebrate with couples & I really love a good wedding. Photographing the people you love most, is never something I saw myself doing. But after 170+ weddings, I know I’m exactly where I need to be.
With each and every passing wedding season, I realize that while photographing a wedding is about crafting vibrant imagery, it is also keeping a close eye on all the unfolding memories around you.

A wedding day isn't a wedding day without a hiccup and that is okay. I am positive that any delay in the timeline will be made up. I take time keeping serious but understand the need to be fluid for moments too.
The Reasons They've Raved.
While photographing your day, I will do my best to avoid unnecessary eye sores. In the instance of things like stress blemishes, exit signs, & unfortunate outlets will be effortlessly removed. This helps create more timeless and elegant imagery.
From family formals to cocktail hour, I take that time to positively interact with guests. I strive to remember the names of your parents and listen to the details your grandpa shares about his love filled marriage. Interacting with your family & friends is one of my favorite parts.

& What Your Experience Will Look Like.
Step 01.
Booking
Once you've completed the booking process, you'll receive access to The Wedding Experience Guide. This informative page is fruitful with information about planning, vendors, and more.
Step 02.
Engagement Session
Once receiving The Wedding Experience Guide, you'll have access to booking your complimentary engagement session. My calendar is released in 3 month increments to allow for planning & prep.
Step 03.
Detail Design
Included within some collections, is a detail design session. This session allows us to photograph all your wedding details prior to your day (& get back an hour of coverage together).
Step 04.
100 Days Out
The custom timeline building will begin. I can either work closely with you or your wedding planner.
As a reminder, this is your day. Let's celebrate it how you want.
Step 05.
One Month Out
The Wedding Questionnaire will be emailed to either you, your planner, or both. This questionnaire answers any and all questions I may have pertaining to your day.
Step 06.
Let's Celebrate!
Celebrate your day by being present. Beautiful imagery is the added bonus. With a well planned out timeline you will be able to spend the day with those you love most.
Step 07.
The First Look
See a small sampling of your day within 24-48 hours. Images will be sent to you and your creative team allowing your day to shine.
Step 08.
The Delivery
Within 7 to 10 days of your wedding, receive your beautiful gallery from start to finish. A well organized gallery allows you to enjoy the best moments of your day.
An engagement session comes complimentary with the wedding experience. Not only is it the perfect time for to get to know each other it also allows your wedding day to flow more efficiently. With that said, if the engagement session is not utilized, there is no monetary adjustment.
Caitlin truly encourages couples to do a session prior to their wedding day.

Do You Edit Every Photo?
Every delivered photo will go through my normal post-processing. Each image will receive adjustments to exposure, color correction, the disappearance of stress spots and other eye sores. Caitlin does believe pores are human and all bodies are beautiful.
Can We Add Extra Coverage?
Yes! If it is determined that we need additional hours for your wedding, we most definitely can add on more. Working with couples and remaining flexible and open is easily one of my favorite ways to serve.
Payment Schedule:
A $1500 retainer is due at the time of booking. Otherwise, your final payment is not due until the day of your wedding. Online payments can be made via your client portal that you will receive access to upon booking.

Over the years, I have honed in on the best amount of time to provide my couples with. 8 hours seems to be the sweet spot on timing. Combine this with a custom timeline & we will have everything covered. Since all weddings are unique, additional hours can certainly be added on if it is determined we need them.
