Exercise and I don’t get along very well. I don’t like how much I want to eat afterwards, I don’t like that I build muscle causing the scale to go up verses down. I lack motivation. This little app though has helped that. I love that it tracks my completed miles & all the logistics. If you have an iPhone (don’t know if it’s available for droid) go download the Nike+ GPS app. It’s amazing & it’s free.
What’s sad is I have only burned a little over a pound in calories in 65 miles.. Ew.
