I am among 98% of the female population on Pinterest. I peruse the popular page & pee my pants with the humor tab. But my favorite thing to do?

Collaborate with my brides.

You see, I like to create “secret” boards with my brides. This gives us an opportunity to get a feel of what poses we would be interested in doing or maybe what the bride sees as her “vision”.

You know what else it does? Makes the bride that much more involved in her images. If I know she likes close up images from what she pins guess what? I know to do more tight images. I also know that sometimes I have a hard time vocalizing what I want & maybe my bride does too. I’m a visual leaner so this makes communicating that much easier.

So usually what I do when I arrive on location for say, the engagement session. I will flip through our Pinterest board. Refresh my mind on what the vision is.

I love it. It’s a great tool to utilize and just gives me another reason to spend countless hours on this website.
