Curt & Bailey | Oregon, IL Fall Wedding

I get nervous for every wedding but I was extra nervous for this one in particular. Bailey and I were good friends in high school and she’s also a wedding photographer. Oof. What an honor but also made this girl have sweaty palms for 95% of the day (just being honest.. haha).

As I started editing the images I realized quickly that this wedding was going to be one of my favorites. The colors, the light, the smiley couple it was hands down (pun intended) picture perfect.

As she walked down the aisle tears began to stream down his face. It was hands down the most sweet, heart warming, look a groom could have and I think everyone felt the same way. Curt loves Bailey fiercely which I think every girl dreams of and Bailey doesn’t take it for granted. Watching these two on their wedding day was nothing short of amazing.

I can’t believe the day is here and gone. We’ve been waiting, and talking, and anxiously planning for this day for what feels like forever. Your day went faster for me then every other wedding and I’m a little sad about that! I hope you love your images as much as I do because half of them I was gasping and ooohing and ahhing over!

Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Daughenbaugh!!!

I was obsessed with the chairs for the ceremony.

Bailey’s attention to details was nothing short of amazing. Photographers dream.

Cutest cake topper ever!

Such a beautiful ring!

Bailey got ready in her and Curt’s home. It was so inviting to see their relationship scattered throughout.

Curt you looked so handsome!

I adore first looks as it gives us plenty of time for portraits!
After almost every first look the bride whips around, looks at the crew, and says “now what?!” – It makes me laugh every time.

Rocking it girl! You look BEAUTIFUL!

Bailey did a great job picking out this location. I adored shooting portraits here!

I had her look over to the right which is where Michael was standing. Not sure what happened but it’s clearly funny.

I love this one.

I love how alley ways give that spot light, light. So illuminating!

A lot of couples aren’t sure about first looks because it could ruin the “walk down the isle” moment. I totally get that but Curt is the poster man for how even if you do a first look that moment is still special.
My heart exploded when I looked over at Curt as he watched Bailey.

Such a sweet daddy/daughter moment. Jeff just didn’t want to let go.

Introducing Mr. & Mrs. Daughenbaugh!
Loved Katie & Tim’s reactions!!!
I had THREE (!!!) brides at this wedding! One 2014er and TWO 2015er!

A favorite!!!

Another favorite!

I always love to take some dancing photos without the flash to capture the actual light, ambiance. Love the ones without the flash.

Hands down the best garter retrieval ever. Everyone was dying laughing.
