These two rocked their engagement session like season pros. They giggled, the smooched, they romantically gazed into each other eyes. It made my job unbelievably easy, but it also made me believe Dan with every part of me…..

As they both read letters from each other the morning of their wedding day, they both held back tears, they both smiled, and they both took a moment to reflect on the day that was about to unfold. I walked into the bridal room and instantly knew it was going to be a good day….

I arrived on location at 5:40PM. With twenty minutes to spare I hung out, snap chatted, & caught up on social media! Sarah texted me that they arrived & I got out of my car and wandered to the entrance. I looked around, weirdly there was no one getting out of cars… Hmph, I was slightly convinced I was on Punked (or that Sarah was a robot all along)…..

They met years ago in Grand Haven, Michigan. Justin was stationed there while in the Coast Guard (Go Coastie’s!!) & I remember ALL of us vividly teasing him about when he was going to make Heather his girlfriend. “We’re just friends, you guys! You need to take that up with her.” That little phrase (& variations of it) came out of his mouth more often then I can count… So we all just hoped & waited…..

Every bride hopes and dreams of the way Brad looked at Heather as she walked down the aisle. As tears filled his eyes and a smile stretched across his face there wasn’t a dry eye in a 2 mile radius. During the planning process, Brad only wanted one thing, for the first look to be as Heather walked down the aisle…..

As I culled & edited I found myself with the largest grin I could possible wear. Getting to experience their day all over again on my end just made my heart so happy. I feel so unbelievably lucky to have a front seat to one of the biggest days in a couples life not only on that day but afterwards….

They met while working at Edwards Orchard. Their first official chit chat happened amongst the mum patch. Wandering the rows and getting to know each other in those first few moments. As John turned around to see his bride, with the mum patch in the background, their love story had come full circle. John had a smile that reached his ears and he immediately walked towards Jennah for an embrace…..
