I was sitting at my desk thinking about ways to make certain aspects of a wedding day go more smoothly.. Family formals are always a bit chaotic & I’m always brainstorming on how to make that part of the day run smoother!…..

Their ceremony took place under one of the largest (& most beautiful) oak trees I’ve ever seen. It’s branches strong, full of life, and roots that buried deep into the earth. What a magical place, for two people with deep roots, to say their forevers under…..

My favorite thing about Sarah & Dan is that you can truly feel their love radiate. By just looking at them you can see the love they have for one another. They definitely share something special & all day that proved true over and over again…..

We all stepped out of the car and just hung our for a bit. I’ve never had a couple that we probably talked more then we took photos & you know what? I’m completely okay with it. These two are genuine, in love, and some of the most relaxed/laid back people I know…..

They pulled up into the parking lot, Sarah got out, & pulled out Alice (I sure hope I’m spelling that right). It wasn’t their dog, or a child, but their plant. An aloe plant that they have been raising and growing together. I loved this quirky little piece of their session & I truly think Alice stole the show 😉
