They met years ago in Grand Haven, Michigan. Justin was stationed there while in the Coast Guard (Go Coastie’s!!) & I remember ALL of us vividly teasing him about when he was going to make Heather his girlfriend. “We’re just friends, you guys! You need to take that up with her.” That little phrase (& variations of it) came out of his mouth more often then I can count… So we all just hoped & waited…..

The location you pick for your engagement session can really enhance the overall feel and look of your images.. I’ve shot in a lot of locations in a lot of different light and I have to say, Beckman Mill Park is my top 5 favorite locations I’ve ever shot at…..
2 1/2 years later and Nora is just as cute as she was on that October day. How has it been almost 3 years already?! But alas, we wandered the capitol this past Sunday and snapped another adorable Mommy & Me session (if I do say so myself!). We spent the evening talking about reaching for the stars, who her favorite Disney Princess is, and farts (courtesy of me)…..
